I discovered your chopped ginger today in Sainsbury's - and it turned my chicken casserole into an absolutely delicious feast! My mum always cooks with fresh ginger, and I have been trying to recreate her cooking myself but could never quite be bothered to chop fresh ginger (and don't really feel confident handling it), so this little jar of Very Lazy Ginger has made me a very happy girl!
